| Cooper B-Line History
Cooper B-Line, a division of Cooper Industries, is a leading manufacturer of quality support systems and enclosures for the
mechanical, electrical and telecommunications industries. B-Line products are manufactured
in modern facilities encompassing more than 1.2 million square feet of manufacturing
space. In addition, B-Line operates regional sales offices and distribution centers

B-Line began as a division of the
Binkley Company located in Wright City, Missouri in 1956. As industrial demand for its
products grew, the B-Line division moved to Highland, Illinois in 1969 to begin operations
in a new, more modern facility. In 1971, B-Line became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sigma
Chemical of St. Louis, Missouri, which is now known as Sigma-Aldrich Corporation.
In 2000, B-Line became a stand-alone
division of Cooper Industries,
adding strength to Cooper's position in the electronics and telecommunications markets.

B-LINE PRODUCTS B-Line began as a bolted framing manufacturer and has
since added several major product lines such as: cable tray, pipe hangers, spring steel fasteners,
telecommunication support systems, electrical enclosures, meter-mounting equipment, and
electronic cabinets.
BOLTED FRAMING/CHANNEL
In 1956, B-Line began producing bolted framing. B-Line acquired Kin-Line, a West Coast manufacturer of bolted framing and pipe hangers, in 1990 to increase manufacturing capacity. B-Line channel is roll-formed from high quality structural steel on modern roller mills and is available in a wide variety of materials, sizes and protective finishes. B-Line has also added a complete line of non-metallic products.

CABLE TRAY
B-Line started manufacturing cable tray in 1972. Cable tray
products were originally used for power cable distribution and support in the utility and
heavy industrial markets. Today, cable tray is used to support data and communication
cabling as well
Expanding markets have increased the demand for different types of cable tray. In 1993,
B-Line introduced a complete line of non-metallic cable tray. In 1995, B-Line introduced
Cent-R-Rail, a center-supported cable tray designed for low-voltage cables. In 1998,
B-Line responded with its newest offering, wire basket runway. In
1999, B-Line introduced its NEMA 12B Redi-Rail aluminum cable tray.

PIPE HANGERS
In 1980, B-Line introduced a comprehensive line of pipe hangers and supports to expand
its presence in the mechanical market. To support the new product line, B-Line opened an
additional manufacturing and distribution facility in Norcross, Georgia, which has since been relocated to Ellaville, Georgia.

SPRING STEEL FASTENERS
B-Line's reputation as the leader in support systems continued
to grow with the introduction of a complete line of fastening systems. In 1990, B-Line
launched spring-steel fasteners as a natural extension of its product lines for the
electrical market. |

COMM/DATA (TELECOMMUNICATION) SUPPORT SYSTEMS
As part of a continuing effort to expand and explore new opportunities for growth,
B-Line acquired Saunders Brothers Company, located in Santa Fe Springs, California, in
1991. This acquisition enabled B-Line to broaden its business by entering a new market,
telecommunications. The broad array of cable runway, relay racks, and accessories, allows
B-Line to serve both the telco and customer premise segments of this market.
B-Line's latest addition to the telecommunication family is
wire basket cable support runway. This cable support system combines strength, lightweight construction
and unmatched adaptability. |

located in Portland, Oregon and Modesto, California. For more than 50 years, Circle AW has
forged a reputation for excellence, building a comprehensive line of commercial and
industrial enclosures for the electrical and electronic markets.
B-Line manufactures its enclosures using state-of-the-art
equipment and designs them to surpass industry standards. Our most recent addition is a
full line of non-metallic enclosures designed for harsh, corrosive environments. |

SAFETY (GRIP STRUT®) & SPECIALTY GRATING SYSTEMS
In 2008, Cooper B-Line acquired GS Metals Corporation to expand its offering of metal products and systems used in commercial and industrial construction worldwide. Products include Grip Strut®, a slip resistant metal walkway used in industry and transportation; and GRATE-LOCK® Mezzanine Grating, an interlocking steel flooring panel.
