TrayCAD® 4.0 is a Cable Tray layout design program that works with AutoCAD® 2000 through 2007. TrayCAD® 4.0 is a Windows® based program and installs as an add-on to your AutoCAD® system. Use the TrayCAD® toolbar to add cable tray to your plans by drawing a single line as the center line of the tray run. Then, with the click of a button, the program will build a 3-D wire-frame model of the cable tray and all of the appropriate fittings. The program will also create a Bill Of Materials, and contains a library of details.

Cable Runway Design Software

Runway Router  is a cable runway (ladder rack) layout design program that works with AutoCAD 2000 through 2007. Runway Router is a Windows® based program that installs as an add-on to your AutoCAD® system. Use the commands from the Runway Router toolbar to layout runway, Cent-R-Rail®, relay racks and electronic cabinets. Add cable runway or Cent-R-Rail® to you existing plans by drawing a single line as the centerline path of the run. Then, with the click of a button, the program will build a 3-D wire-frame model of the cable runway and all of the appropriate connectors and fittings.  The program will also create a Bill Of Materials, and contains a library of details.

Pipe Hanger Details

HangerCAD® contains a collection of details showing common pipe support applications. The details display complete hanger assemblies, including upper attachments, clamps, hangers, brackets, and floor stands. This downloadable program contains an electronic catalog in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) linked with 93 drawing files.  To open a detail, simply click on the corresponding picture in the catalog.  Details are compatible with AutoCAD® R13, R14 and 2000.  You may also request a compact disc be mailed to you.  This CD contains the HangerCAD® program plus our other mechanical division catalogs in PDF format.

Cooper B-Line has teamed with AVEVA to release cable tray catalogs and specifications in AVEVA's 3D PDMS format.  Cable tray products are available with standard or marine rungs in imperial or metric units.  Materials available include:

• Aluminum ladder straight sections, fittings and accessories
• Pre-galvanized and hot-dipped after fabrication carbon steel ladder straight sections, fittings and accessories
• 304 & 316 stainless steel ladder straight sections, fittings and accessories
• Non-metallic fiberglass ladder straight sections in poly and vinyl ester, fittings and accessories

Cabinet Configurator

B-Line's Configurator software has been developed to provide a unique method of assisting with the design, configuration and layout of the Access and E2 cabinet product lines.  Allows the designer and user to construct a cabinet to their own specification by using a building block approach to select cabinet components from the many options available.
