Dura-Green® is an epoxy coating that is applied using
B-Line’s exclusive nine-step electrocoating process. The process includes several
precisely controlled cleaning, phosphatizing and baking stages. The result is a chemical
and corrosion resistant coating that outperforms hangers electro-plated per ASTM B633.
Dura-Green® is test-proven. In an independent
laboratory test, zinc-plated clevis hangers showed 30% corrosion after just 24
hours. After 120 hours, the zinc-plate showed 80% corrosion and the Dura-Green® clevis
hangers had just begun to show very slight indications of rust.
